Key Experience:

• Previous construction industry experience, with infrastructure &/or civil engineering experience an advantage;
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, editing and proof reading skills
• Able to communicate and coordinate technical & commercial information from multiple departments
• Write, review, edit and prepare high calibre Quality Submissions with contributions from multidisciplinary and operational teams ensuring a clear and consistent corporate message to clients.
• Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite to produce documentation.

The Role:

Working within the Pre-construction division, you will work closely with the Work Winning, Estimating, Commercial, Design and Operational teams. You will be responsible for obtaining information and operational input from key members of each department as required, helping to produce high-quality draft responses for work winning bids.

• Managing, writing and producing responses to ITT's, PQQ's and RFI's.
• Assisting in producing bid plans, schedules and drafts to ensure deadlines are met
• Technical re-writes and edits to raw material to produce reader friendly bid responses
• Contribute to bid strategies and develop clear, well written proposals which convey operational, technical and commercial solutions in a clear and concise manner
• Research and compile case studies for inclusion in larger bids
• Reviewing successful and unsuccessful submissions, obtaining feedback and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.
