Your New Opportunity....

This role would suit somebody who has several year's experience as a Communications Coordinator, who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can effectively collate and monitor marketing activities across the region.

Location: Bicester.

Your key responsibilities...

• Create and ensure the use of our client's Marketing calender.
• Maintain and create an overview of all marketing activities - Planned activities/Exhibitions/ Advert.
• Plan all marketing activities and identify where the "push" needs to happen.
• Structure all Product Launches per market Segment Technology by building awareness and planning activities.
• Support, control and improve the current International Communication Structure.
• Manage and lead marketing Presentation Materials.
• Organise exhibitions and Road Shows and participate in them.
• Work with distribution and support regular sales channels.
• Responsible for catalog management.

• Yourself, what do you need to succeed?

• At least 3 year's Experience working within a marketing/ communications environment in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience using MRP/ ERP software systems.
• Experienced in using advanced PowerPoint/Excel and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be educated to A level standard.
• Outstanding administration and organisation skills.
• Must be an excellent communicator at all levels, both internally and externally.

Desirable

• Degree in a business/marketing discipline.
• Experienced in using SAP.
