Job Title: Deputy Head of Retail Revenue (Smart Ticketing Lead & Group Travel Advisory)
Location: London (Central)
Salary: £45-55kpa + Final Salary Pension, Free & Discounted Public Transport
Job Description:
Working in a busy rail company you will be responsible for supporting management of passenger revenue streams. This will include digital and at station sales. You will manage retail system suppliers and the reservations team within group bookings and business travel. You will lead on the delivery of the new Smart Ticketing scheme and work closely with stakeholders across TfL to integrate with the CPAY and Oyster schemes.
You must have excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills and have a strong understanding of the transport sector; ideally within rail travel.
Person Profile:
*Ideally degree qualified or qualified within Project Management (e.g. Prince 2, APM accredited etc)
*Ideally a background working for a transport, leisure or hospitality company within revenue management.
*Ideally experience of managing multiple revenue streams alongside seeking out opportunities for new revenue streams.
*Beneficial if you are familiar with RDG accreditations and achieving or maintaining PCI-DSS certification.
