Estimator - Infrastructure / Interiors - £35K - 50K - Essex
Do you want to experience estimating like no other? To work for a company who value and appreciate their employees where the most important thing to them is culture? My client, a specialist infrastructure / fitout subcontractor are looking for an estimator to joine their team based in Essex.
You'll be working on multiple tenders at once, valued anywhere up to £5m on projects including infrastructure, tiling, screeding and even under floor heating!
Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):
- You will be reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager / Estimating Manager
- Expected to attend face to face meetings with clients
- Pricing from first principle in sectors including joinery, hard and soft flooring, screed, wall tiling and even under floor heating - as well as Bills of Quants.
- Help in assistance in the development of other staff members (in particular more junior staff)
Key Experience:
- Degree Qualified (in civil engineering or related qualification)
- Be able to price from first principle is a MUST
- have experience pricing hard/soft flooring is a NECESSITY
- A motivated attitude, willing to work well with others
