We have a requirement for a GRN processing clerk to support the Resource team.

Responsibilities

• Checking agency timesheets with orders
• Clarifying any discrepancies with site
• Raising GRN’s
• Issue GRN’s in specified timeframe to suppliers
• Liaison with the senior management of the business units, project management, resource team and commercial functions.
• Assist the resource team in admin and resourcing

Requirements

Essential

• Good communication skills on all levels
• Numeracy skills
• IT skills, Microsoft XL essential
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Desirable

• Sound commercial judgement
• Good organisational skills
• Willingness to be involved in the training of others
• Ability to drive and willingness to travel within the UK

Personal skills

• Ability to deal with in-house clients at all levels including the senior management of the organisation
• Ability to work in a small close knit team

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview.
