Critical Project Resourcing currently have vacancies for Graduate or Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Public Sector team.
Our Public Sector team recruit for vacancies within the Public Sector right across the UK, with a focus on Local Government contracts. The Recruitment Consultant role within this sector is a little different to a traditional Recruiter role, with less of a cold calling sales focus. We are signed up to supply to a large number of Public Sector organisations and the vacancies are released to us automatically your role will be to fill them with the best applicants!
Although this is not a traditional sales role, you will still spend a lot of time on the phone to candidates and maintaining existing client relationships. There is also a strong compliance element to the role, as we are required to conduct thorough checks on every candidate we place.
If you are keen to have a go at client business development as well, that would be a bonus!
