Liaison Officer in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom
Liaison Officer required to join the large, fastly growing highways sub-contractor to be apart of a number of different, high profile projects in the East Anglia region!
This will be a permanent position to join the award winning business offering between £28-£38k dependent on experience.

Hours will be approx 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Arranging and attending drop in sessions with residents and stakeholders
- Coordination of press releases with Highways England and other local authorities
- Managing customer complaints
- Assist with site set up, ensure ID system on site for all operatives and staff
- Develop effective working relationships with client representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach
- Arrange appointment for surveys and works
- Create and maintain property files, visit properties during works in progress to monitor progress on site and record
- Work with site staff to implement effective practices, liaise with site management staff to enable the flow of information between all parties
- Ensure all RLO procedures and paperwork is administered in line with the company's policies and procedures
- Manage complaints in line with our complaints procedure
- Produce and distribute high quality, easy to understand communication materials as requested
- Observe site Health & Safety rules and ensure any risks are reported immediately to the site manager
- Provide Handover Welcome Pack and Resident Guide Handbook.
- Arrange satisfaction surveys for all residents, collating responses and work with project staff to use feedback to improve our service
- Any other reasonable management request
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working on site or in a project office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
