Contract
TXM Recruit are looking to expand our client's team and seeking to recruit a dynamic Multi-Trader who takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Engineers site to site on reactive repairs and maintenance works on a high profile water contract throughout Kent.

KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visiting sites to diagnose and carry out repairs as per the schedule arranged for that day
- Carry out basic plumbing (e.g., unblocking drains/gutters, fixing leaks, and changing taps/waste)
- Carry out basic electrics (e.g., changing bulbs/fittings, replacing switches or sockets)
- Carry out basic carpentry (e.g., changing locks, handles, door replacements)
- Carry out basic handyman services
- Update jobs via their portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good quality before and after pictures are taken
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Multi - skilled within the construction trade
- Ability to carry out basic electrical duties/installations, basic plumbing work and basic carpentry and joinery
- Clean valid UK driving licence and must be over 25 years old due to insurance
- Trustworthy with excellent quality workmanship
- Flexible
- Ability to diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source materials required
- CSCS Card
- Good verbal and written communication skills
