Mane are currently recruiting for an OLE Supervisor to work across the West Midlands.
As an OLE Supervisor you will -
* Promote safe working practices, ensuring full implementation and compliance with safety rules and regulations
* Assist and support the Construction Manager ensuring project compliance with statutory legislation, Network Rail Group and Company Standards, and Company management systems, processes and procedures
* Be responsible for ensuring that all planned Safety Inspections are completed in accordance with the approved programme, and that identified actions are closed out in a timely manner
* Adhere to and brief out SSOW packs and Task Briefs in line with the standards and the relevant project Work Package Plan(s)
* Participate in regular monthly safety meeting with Line Manager/ construction manager
To be considered for this position as an OLE Supervisor -
* OLEC 3 as a minimum
* Hold a valid full UK driving licence or equivalent
* Have demonstrable experience managing a site team in the successful delivery of complex OLE projects, with a supervisory Management training / qualification with relevant practical experience
* Have strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with site staff and project team
