South East Railway Construction ltd is a small growing business within the civil engineering industry focusing on the railways. Family run business with recent investment the company is a strong position for long term substantial growth. Looking for an office junior who wants to grow and develop within the company long term. The candidate will be working in a small team, Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

DUTIES (may include, not limited to)

• Supporting accounts and payroll
• Filing, archiving, scanning & photocopying
• Database management
• Online payments and purchasing
• Supplies and stationery orders
• Mail
• Answer and handle calls
• Any ad hoc task to assist Finance Director, Compliance and Recruitment Manager
• General office runner

REQUIREMENT

As this is an apprenticeship no previous experience is required, however we are looking for an excellent attitude with ambition.

The successful candidate should have

• A keen eye for details
• Good levels of communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel) and emails
• Punctual
• Polite with a professional manner
• Organised
• Team player

Previous experience in an office based role would be advantageous but not essential. A level or other qualifications are advantageous.
