Are you an experienced, hardworking and safety conscious P-Way Supervisor looking for your next long term contract opportunity?

We are looking for a strong leader with a great understanding of the Railway Infrastructure and P-Way Installations who can confidently drive forward the delivery of 65km of track installations from Bletchley to Bicester.

The role:

• Supervise a well-established gang and subcontractors
• Ensuring toolbox talks, task briefs and COSS briefs are carried out prior to the commencement of work
• Be responsible for the submission of accurate site records
• Ensure tasks are undertaken in accordance with planned safe method of working
• You will need a strong knowledge of P-way Installations, track maintenance and renewals

Qualifications and attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of risk assessment techniques
• Hold a current PTS
• Full UK Driving Licence
• SSSTS – not essential
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Have a strong understanding of the Railway Operating Environment
