Job Title - Programme Coordinator
Location - The Quadrant, Milton Keynes (MK9 1EN)
Rates - £219.68 LTD/Umbrella OR £193.00 PAYE per day | In Scope of IR35
About the role:
Network Rail is looking for an experienced coordinator to work on a variety of the business' media projects. These will all be focused on e-learning & training materials and based int the head office in Milton Keynes, where their Development and Technology Enhanced Learning team are based.
What you will do:
In a project management-type role you will focus on the coordination of these media projects;
- Co-ordinate the periodic production of project cost, control and progress reports and distribute to relevant recipients.
- Support the projects and programme team in the production of formal governance documentation e.g. stage gate reviews, project closure/lessons learned reports
- Keep and maintain project plans, issue logs, risk logs etc.
- Support project documentation, reviews, sign-offs etc.
- Complete quality reviews
- Communicate with customers and colleagues about project status
Experience:
As the Project/Programme Coordinator we are looking for candidates L&D/Media experience. You will possess most, if not all the following criteria:
- Experience in the use of Project Management Tools (e.g. P3e, Microsoft PROJECT)
- Previous experience of working in a project/programme office
- Experience in e-learning project coordination
- Experience in project and programme management techniques
- Significant Microsoft Excel experience/skills
- Membership of recognised industry body; APM, Prince 2 or equivalent
