REGIONAL DIRECTOR (HIGHWAYS) - MANCHESTER - PERMANENT - £85,000 - £100,000


Advanced Resource Managers are currently working with a leading engineering design consultancy who are seeking a Regional Director in Manchester.


About You:
* You will have a bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
* You will have experience delivering relevant technical services within the Built Environment.
* You will have experience operating within a matrix model.
* You will have experience leading opportunity pursuits, business development and developing client relationships.
* You will have knowledge and experience of relevant industry wide technical design standards, codes and contracts.
* You will have experience managing large teams and significant budgets.


What you will be doing:
You will be in collaboration to develop and implement strategic and regional business plans, promoting the professional services to clients and managers within the region to diversify the client and develop new business opportunities.

You will contribute to the development of annual budgets and maintain financial performance and comply with financial performance.

You will also ensure individuals and teams operate in compliance with relevant industry legislation and design standards.



This position is currently open in Manchester. It is a full-time position offering a hybrid working model, working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home (this model will only be available if the company believes you have had all the training that is required to perform).


The salary is £85,000 - £100,000 depending on individual experience. This position also offers a great benefits package including: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, paid professional subscription, flexible working policy, retail discount car etc.
