Rates

Pre 12 Weeks:
PAYE - £10.50 + £0.75 per hour retainer on all hours worked.
Umbrella/Ltd - £13.18 + £0.75 per hour retainer on all hours worked.
Post 12 Weeks:
PAYE - £10.50 per hour + £0.75 retainer on all hours worked.
Umbrella/Ltd - £13.89 + £0.75 per hour retainer on all hours worked.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Clerk to join a large rail overhaul project starting in June/July 2020.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside a leading rail company on a long-term project, learning new skills in a large and varied team whilst putting your existing SAP experience to good use!

Purpose of the role

Control and issue of sign off packs for all overhaul activities, update of serialised component fitment utilising SAP and maintain necessary KPI's as required.
Responsibilities, inclusive of but not limited to;
* Ensuring that the status of all service orders are accurately maintained within the company SAP system
* Posting of labour to SAP/Alista
* Work arising service orders are generated on request, and checked for quality of information prior to closing order
* Ensures data accuracy between systems and reality
Qualifications & associated experience;
* Practical knowledge of SAP is essential
* Educated to GCSE level in Maths & English as a minimum
* IT Skills including use of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
* A good written and verbal communicator, able to communicate with all team members
