SHE Specialist- Rail

£200/day umbrella- LTD £172/day

6 months initial contract

This is a Rail related SHE role focusing on training/briefings of 019 Principles. Must have rail experience.

The role:

• Be the key point of call for advice and guidance to staff regarding health, safety, environment and assurance matters.
• To carry out risk-based inspections of the function’s worksites and locations.
• Supporting Line Management in compliance with the Company Accident & Investigation process and assist where required in the collation of evidence.
• To provide support to the functional SHE and performance teams in the collation of all SHE aspects.
• To be able to carry out training and briefings of 019 Principles.

Essential experience required:

• An excellent understanding of health, safety and environment management system and compliance management processes within the Rail industry.
• NEBOSH Qualification
• An excellent understanding of British environment and HS legal requirements
• Knowledge and experience of railway operations and relevant standards
