We are currently searching for a Senior Operations & Maintenace Manager to work with a client company in Qatar involved in largescale railway projects. The post is long term permanent posting with comprehensive package on offer.

The Sr. Operations & Maintenance Manager is expected to develop operational & maintenance strategy by exercising effective leadership in planning, development, and management of in relation to delivery of operational services for Metro project while developing & achieving standards & internal targets for safety, operations, service reliability, and customer service.

The position requires degree qualification with a min. of 12 years work experience in general metro or LRT operations and or maintenance management experience in an engineering and maintenance discipline such as signalling, rolling stock or civil engineering. Additionally, a general manager role in an operational Metro in either a Stations, train or integrated operational control room environment is desired.
