£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus package.

Working with one of the largest construction companies within the UK with internationally-renowned experience in the successful delivery of technically demanding, multi-disciplinary and logistically complex projects including the prestegious M20 project & HS2.

To be suitable for the position you must have
- Experience working as a General Foreman within Civil Engineering for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company.
- Experience on Structural projects eg, Renforced Concrete Structures, Bridges, Tunnels, Aquaducts etc.
- Foundation Degree (HND,HNC or equivalent qualification) in either Construction management or Civil/Structural engineering.

Role Information
The successful candidate will need to construct and deliver the allocated section of work within a specified time frame with correctly allocated resources. You're going to need to optimise outputs and reduce the need for overtime working to allow all colleagues to keep a good working pattern throughout the week. If you're selected you would also be involved in reading, understanding and explaining drawing specifications. It's important to note that you'll also need to ensure safety compliances and promote safe working practices. As the potential new general foreman you'll be in charge of monitoring construction activity on site and make sure that they meet up to the quality standards put in place.
