An opportunity has come available for a Sales Manager / Business Development to join a specialist telecommunications organisation within the rail industry.

The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience developing new sales leads and have excellent communication with clients. They will also have experience completing all tender requirements including calculating costs for the quote preparation.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build client relationships and identify new sales opportunities within rail telecoms.
• Complete all tender submissions for rail telecoms within the business
• Complete tender response documentation
• • Including calculating costs for services for quote preparation
  • Working with other members of the sales team and other technical experts within the group to prepare and complete tender requirements
  • Raise and maintain quotations & estimates, ensuring all direct costs are accurately represented and margins are not below the company's targets

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully developing business opportunities within the rail sector.
• Experience submitting tender responses within the rail sector
