U & A Co-ordinator
Description of Activities to be undertaken
- Support the Sector Stakeholder co-ordinators with area wide packages
- Identifying the requirements from the U&A's that are applicable to Fusion's design & construction activities
- Assist in the development of the U&A register/ Integration Database
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, consent granting bodies, HS2, consultants and supply chain
- Provide support to U&A/ Consents Team Managers and Work Package Managers
- Work with the Work Package Managers (WPM) to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works, as well as supporting on associated Consent requirements
- Map Stakeholder Interfaces
- Implement early engagement with U&A owners to ensure commitments can be met and complied with
- Support WPM's in developing budget's for any U&A's identified in work packages
- Support the WPM and supply chain to embed the U&As into their works and provide evidence of compliance
- Create opportunities to make efficiencies and deliver innovation in the consenting process
- Liaise with Employers Land and Development team for access arrangements associated with U&As
- Monitor and track U&A approvals process
- Investigate and provide information for non-compliance
- Carry out weekly reporting highlighting risk, and update progress of U&A's process
- Carry out inspection and audit regime on U&A's and Third Party requirements including site visits/ inspections
- To carry out any other duties appropriate for a job of this nature
Minimum Qualifications Needed for Role
- Educated to degree level, ideally with 2 years post qualification experience, some of which should have been gained working in a similar sector
- Techniques and issues involved in the planning and construction of major infrastructure projects including; Railway and Construction industry, Legal, Town Planning, Highway, Environmental or Archaeological considerations
- Excellent communication, personal planning and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Excel proficient
