Mane are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for a 6 month contract in Camberley.
Goals/Mission:
Work with the warehouse personnel to ensure the provision of professional incoming goods, storage and dispatch service to customers, encompassing both speed and accuracy.
Role responsibilities:
Support the Warehouse team and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by the Warehouse Manager.
Take Part in, training, development,
Maintain, safe, accurate and timely stock management including space allocation.
Take Part with periodic cycle counts in line with business guidelines
Ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
Work within the guidelines of the company's Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse are met or exceeded;
liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies
Working as a team within the workforce to ensure productivity target are met
producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required by management from time to time.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
Essential:
A minimum of 3 year's recent and relevant Warehouse experience
SAP Experience
Pc Literate, Specifically Outlook and Office Programmes
Experience of working within tight quality and efficiency parameters
Forward thinking Positive / 'Can do' attitude
Ability to think clearly and act decisively
Excellent attitude, conscientious approach
Excellent communication skills essential
Must be able to lift and move boxes of up to 20Kg
Preferred:
Fork Lift licence
37.5 hours a week
