SINGLE STATUS
10 HOURS A DAY - 6 DAYS A WEEK.

Organize the work tasks of Overhead catenary system (OCS) Installation in a competent and consistent way so that all key activities are properly controlled. Ensuring the OCS installation complies with the documents and that quality requirement and deadlines are met.
Support the Site Installation Manager and in charge of making sure that the relevant OCS equipments are installed in conformity with the Basic/Detailed Designs, installation procedures, QA-QC system and the time schedule.
Coordinate,update and report on all technical aspects to the Site Installation Manager.
Perform pre-check documentation before installation, supervision of equipment installation, post-check documentation after installation.
Supervising and monitoring the OCS Installation team. Request and handlle the site work permit system for OCS Installation works and ensure that safety rules are followed at all times at site.
Being willing to work on railway construction sites and under hot and humid conditions.
Prepares planning, scheduling and look ahead plan including daily manpower work tasks loading, coordinates with other department/ contractors and attends regular progress.
Participate in weekly/monthly installation meetings for updation and preparation of installation OCS schedules,manpower and material requirement etc.
Schedule, support and partially lead of client inspections.
Provides timely reports, progress picture reports, event report maybe deficiencies, hindrance notification, delays, damage report or other related reports as requested with organized documentation controls through software records and regular progress updates.
Identifies problems or issues at site and prepares relevant actions thru communications, reports and performs immediate actions or solutions when needed at site with less supervision.
Collecting and clearing non-conformities relating to OCS, checking and signing the quality control sheets and supervising inspections with the customer.
Coordination and support to Site Acceptance Test activities and collecting inputs for As Built Drawings.
Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs and provides diagnostic analysis on the catenary systems including but not limited to catenary poles and foundations, catenary support arms and associated components, messenger and contact wire, catenary insulating devices, power disconnect and switching devices and surge protection devices .Responds to calls for service to diagnose and correct catenary systems.
Conducts mandatory safety toolbox & training to workers, assisting in implementation & adherence to HSE regulations and quality management at all times.
Knowledge in Methodology of OCS Installation starting from OCS Pole erection, calculation, installation, and adjustment of cantilevers, rigid conductor rail and contact wire.
Wide previous- knowledge in mechanical Installation and methodologies.
Experienced in handling quality and inspection management.
Efficient scheduling, look ahead planning, tasking and other generated reports.
Ability to coordinate and multi-task in demanding engineering or tight situations.
10 to 12 years experience on Mechanical Installation with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in railway site installation of OCS equipments.
Mechanical or electrical with bachelor degree required.
Excellent English communication skills.
With valid local driver's license.
