Shift Production Manager
Location: Neville Hill - Leeds
Salary: £38,500 per annum to £56,900 per annum, 37 hours

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual with the drive, enthusiasm and ability to fill the role of Shift Production Manager. The successful candidates will play a vital part in keeping production running smoothly and in achieving the highest safety and quality standards as well as ensuring that we achieve fleet performance figure targets.

About you:

The role demands a conscientious and proactive individual who has a good knowledge of engineering and planning processes. It will be necessary for the successful candidate to build on good relationships with people at all levels including externally and throughout the business. The role would offer the successful candidate a fascinating opportunity to demonstrate their personnel skills and knowledge, in a challenging but hugely rewarding environment. The successful candidate will come from an engineering background, having recognised professional engineering experience and qualifications. Experience of production delivery would be desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided. It is essential that the prospective candidates have a good understanding of leading and managing in a change environment and embrace continuous improvement and lean approaches to production management. Flexibility will be a requirement to work shift patterns including nights, evening and weekend work.
