Assistant Project Manager in Norwich, South Eastern, United Kingdom
My client, a major Rail organisation, is looking for an Interim Scheme Project Manager to join them on an initial 12-month contract. They are going through a major Fleet and Depot development programme at the moment and are looking for someone to help support the Lead delivery Project Manager.
The main roles and responsibilities will be to support project controls, planning and management of external sub-contractors to make sure the outlined key milestones are met.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience working on major depot and siding projects in the UK rail industry and have a proven track record in providing project management for the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience working in the UK Rail industry
- Management of Contracts
- Co-Ordinate hand back documentation
- Experience working on Depot build or Upgrade projects.
- Exposure to managing Sub Contractors on a daily basis.
- Planning and Co-Ordination Workstreams.
- Exceptional communication
- A diplomatic approach to People and Project Management
