My client is a sector leader in large scale demolition across Heavy Industrial and Power Generation sites. They are looking to add to their highly skilled team.
To be suitable for the position you must have
- Have worked on Heavy Industrial Projects
- Hold relevant qualifications including CCDO
- Experience of large scale, technical demolition
- Minimum of 3years experience in a Lead role within a demolition environment
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have
- Piling
- CSCS / SMSTS
- Bulk Excavations
- Experience of Power Station demolition
Role Information
You will be responsible for administering the execution of a major demolition project. You will be working with/under Contracts Directors to plan works, identify and implement design improvements and define the project scope. You will Liaise with Site engineers to ensure the design intent is accurately communicated, resources are allocated efficiently and works are completed to the highest possible standards. Responsibilities of the role will span a broad spectrum covering areas including Project Planning, Cost Management, Reporting, Resource Allocation, Quality Management, and Safety Management. Act as the primary point of contact for the Client or Contract Administrator from commencement to completion of the project.
