Lead Project Manager (Signalling control systems)

_ Undertake the Role of Project Bid Manager on all tenders nominated by

the Head of Operations.

_ Ensure a bid is produced in compliance with the SSL tender policy.

_ Overall project responsibility of Non - Type A Projects. _ The delivery of the CPR and CMES for the project following project hand

over.

_ Responsible for the Preparation of the Project Execution Plan and

program.

_ Review of the Project Execution Plan and Program by senior operations

managers.

_ Responsible for the Preparation of the project CPR and CMES

documents.

_ Undertake project reviews with the senior managers to ensure the project

Is complying with the CPR and CMES.

_ Strong leadership of the Project Team. _ Feedback from the Project Team to the Head of Projects.

_ Responsible for the onsite delivery of the Project in Line with the

Project Management Plan (PMP) and program.

_ Regular project meetings with the Head of Projects.

_ Delivery of onsite construction works in line with the Project

Programme.

_ Key milestone dates are met and the project is managed in line with the

CPR and CMES.

_ Effective Management of the client. _ Feedback from the project management team and client to Head of

Projects.

_ Responsible for the Preparation of the Project Risk Management

database.

_ Prepare and maintain the Project Risk Management database in line with

Project Management procedure.

_ Responsible for the Delivery of the Project in compliance with the H&S

plan Quality Plan and Environmental Plan.

_ Feedback from SSL SHEQ team.

Essential Desirable
