Quinn Infrastructure has been operating for over 30 years, as a principal contractor providing Design, Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance services across a number of disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, BFM, Signalling and Telecoms, Electrification and Power and Overhead Line Engineering within the Transport sector.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and closing customer projects. Specifically, you will co-ordinate resources and staff to deliver projects that meet specifications and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
You will coach and motivate employees to perform to the best of their ability and deliver services that exceed customer expectations. To maximise efficiency, you will delegate tasks and conduct frequent internal progress meetings.
Ensuring that colleagues adhere to health and safety regulations, you will make sure projects are completed on time and within budget by tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Throughout projects, you will also provide customers with progress updates and forge strong working relationships to facilitate repeat business.
Your other duties will involve:
- Identifying project risks
- Establishing recovery measures
- Creating reports for customers and internal use
To be considered, you will need:
- At least three years’ project management experience, ideally in Rail M&E and fire sectors
- Knowledge of NEC terms and conditions
- A PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent
- At a minimum, an HNC qualification
As the Project Manager, you will have a strong customer focus with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Confident and analytical, you will also have brilliant leadership and multi-tasking abilities.
Ideally, you’ll be IOSH trained, but this isn’t essential. Knowledge of CDM would also be beneficial.
