A fantastic opportunity has opened up in our lively head office branch within the 'Development Team'. A lively team of 4 including line manager, is seeking an ambitious individual with the potential to keep the cogs turning, can work on their own initiative alongside being a strong link within the team, with a can-do attitude.

Your duties will include:

• Responsible for ensuring all timesheets and DSR’s are sent to payroll/commercial department within given deadlines

• Inform site managers when timesheets and DSRs are missing

• Book accommodation requested by manager. Supervisors in line with given budget. Ensure Invoices are sent to accounts, credit card spreadsheet is updated and Purchase Orders are raised.

• Send all weekly reports to relevant departments, such as van sheets, plant list and headcount

• Additional Ad hoc duties when required

HSQE Responsibilities:

• Ensure all toolbox talks are signed by staff and returned to HSQE dept

• Send site safety forms to HSQE by given deadline

Operational Responsibilities

• Send weekly documentation to clients – as required by the Project Manager

• Upload all required jobs from tracker to tablets

Essential Knowledge:

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft packages

• Prior office experience (min 1 year)

Essential Attitude:

• Able to work as team but also individually

• Friendly polite manner when dealing with clients
