We currently seek a high calibre Project Controls Managers to join our client's team of experienced professionals on a permanent basis. Based in London or Midlands, you will be working for a leading consultancy on an excellent salary of £50-75,000 + package.

Using your expertise you will lead the programme controls function for a small team and have business development skills.

Delivering Project Controls across major Rail and Infrastructure projects in London. The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.

You will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
Review new project proposals/remits, and monitor progress
Identifying resourcing requirements needed to support the programme
Managing a control & reporting framework
Advising and guiding programme/project teams
Maintaining, updating and communicating project portfolio plans
Auditing to monitor compliance with appropriate standards and governance
Maintaining records of authorised project changes

You must have experience of:
Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office
Strong grounding in planning using P6.
Project and programme management approaches and tools.
