We are a primary contractor for Network Rail delivering a diverse range of projects from earthworks and embankment stabilisation schemes to major structural projects such as footbridge replacements and bridge refurbishments.

If so, this could be the role for you;
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the ‘Front End’ of all projects.
Working on a new Western Cam Framework for our client Network Rail, you will; monitor, coordinate and track the projects key deliverables.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in diary and meeting management to include; scheduling, taking the minutes of meetings, creating and distributing papers/packs in preparation, and communicating and monitoring agreed actions.
As Health & Safety is paramount to the work we do, you will prepare, submit log and monitor all Design and Commercial submissions including all required Health and Safety paperwork in a timely manner.
Part of the role will require you to work closely with the Manager producing As-Built Drawings to ensure timescales for packages of work are accurate and on-time. Therefore, the role will require you to have previous CAD experience.
To monitor, coordinate and track the RCDP Key Deliverables
Pre-empting the submission of documentation and ensuring that tasks are scheduled accordingly
Identification of key deadlines/priorities and coordinating tasks, Site Operatives, Managers to ensure timely completion and chasing any overdue work.
Implementation and communication of processes and policies as directed by Network Rail to ensure timely compliance
Organising and notifying changes to work plan dates and Identifying risks and delays to project deliverables
Feeding all information through to the P6 programme plan. Updating and distributing the electronic and physical control boards detailing the monthly deliverables
Coordinate the ‘Front End’ of projects including processing buried services requests, preparing F10 forms to notify HSE of on-site presence, ensuring appropriate site photographic records are submitted - track and initiate necessary corrective actions.
Diary and meeting management to include scheduling, taking the minutes of meetings, creating and distributing papers/packs in preparation, and communication and monitor agreed actions – to include PDR and Pre-Start Meetings.
