Project Coordinator - Leading Construction Business
A leading construction business in the UK are looking to add a Project Coordinator to join their Project Services team.
The role will support a newly won framework within our Property Services division working across London and the South East. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, reviewing and administering the project schedules in collaboration with individual Project Managers, Operations Managers, external stakeholders and the client. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have previous property services experience, ideally within a planned works environment. You will have had experience of both project coordination and subcontractor management. Additional knowledge of the construction industry will be beneficial.
