About the role/project:
As a Project Management Assistant, you will support the Thameslink Resilience Project, a £300m readiness programme equipping the South East and LNE with increase resilience and readiness for Thameslink Programme go live in 2018.
What you will do:
The PMA will specifically support the recruitment arm of this programme, this is a £30m recruitment campaign of c300 maintenance positions across the London geographic area, the PMA will support the project team with tactical recruitment activity, advertising, offering and onboarding and all associated activity.
The Resourcing Team manage the internal and external recruitment process from attraction and selection through to onboarding. They are responsible for recruiting high-quality candidates who are the best people for our business. Our aim is to provide this service in a swift, proactive and process-led manner
Your experience will include:
Essential
- Intermediate stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a volume oriented resourcing/recruiting environment
- Intermediate organisational/process management skills, to include process improvement
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Previous experience in database and administrative process management
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment market place.
- SHL Level 1
