Ford & Stanley, Specialist Rail Recruiters are looking for a HR/ Project professional from an engineering background, who can manage industrial relations and organisational change.

Location(S): Midlands

Role & Responsibilities:

With prior demonstrable experience of managing organisational change in a highly unionised engineering environment, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of Project, following good project management principals.

• Project Manage using sound principals, a people change project.
• Deal with Unions to agree Terms and Conditions for any changes that need to be made.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional who has experience of Project Management and dealing with large organisational re-structures within an engineering environment.

You must have experience of dealing with industrial relations in a highly unionised environment.

Experience of working alongside unions to agree terms and conditions.
