Are you a Project Manger with a background in rail construction or civil engineering projects? Are you keen on a challenging, career defining role that would suit project managers looking to leave a major footprint in UK infrastructure?
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Project Managers to join a huge rail infrastructure project on the client side on early stages on a permanent basis.
Based in Central Birmingham, you will be working on rail construction schemes in the Birmingham area, and north of Birmingham.
Having direct budgetary responsibility of up to £100 million, you will be aiding in strategy, design, pre-construction and full project lifecycles of schemes that will have a huge impact on this marquee project with a huge impact on UK infrastructure.
You will have project management experience in construction on major rail or civil engineering projects, ideally in a client-side role. You will be responsible for project reporting, scope, scheduling, budgetary, HSE and quality targets for your projects. You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders, both internal and external with excellent influencing skills and ability to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
