Project Manager – Rail

Salary £55-65,000

The Job

This positon will allow the project manager to support the current team of 30 staff and help with the growth and development of the team which they plan to double in size over the next 12 months. You will report to the Regional Director and have a network of 400 people across the country to support. The role will give you the genuine opportunity to progress to Associate Director.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following experience:

• Providing clients with technical answers to tenders
• Working with Proposals Teams
• Overseeing Tender submissions
• Developing new relationships with key clients
• Supporting Directors in building relationships with new clients
• Identifying project opportunities and supporting business in work winning strategies.
• Delivering own project from tender to handover

Ideal candidate

• You must have a rail background
• Bid Management experience
• Good Presentation skills , good communicator and negotiation skills
• Proven successful project delivery to budget
• Strong Design Background is a must
