Contract Status: Limited Co. Contractor – circa 12 months
Rate: Competitive
Shifts: Day Turn Mon-Fri with occasional out of hours working

Job Description
Chrysalis Rail are undertaking a key refurbishment project for a major client encompassing the full exterior repaint of Class 333 Electric Multiple Units (EMUs) along with associated interior re-fitment.
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join us to oversee the successful project delivery. You will be the key liaison with our customer and suppliers and will ensure that all aspects of the project run to time and budget.

You will provide leadership to the small team of artisans on-site ensuring the effective deployment of resources to meet the programme schedule. Through your team you will ensure that the depot maintains the highest standards and maintains its ISO certifications for Environment, Quality and Health & Safety.

About You
• Knowledge of Traction Rolling Stock particularly Diesel Multiple Units (DMU) and Electric Multiple Units (EMU) fleets
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in rail refurbishment projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results
• A background in Mechanical / Electrical engineering in the rail industry
• Ability to travel when required, e.g. client or site visits
