As a Scheme Project Manager, your main responsibilities would be:

• Day to day management of the IT system support model
  • Triaging system issues escalated by the supplier
  • Chairing the weekly support ticket review meeting to ensure tickets are being closed out within the agreed SLA
  • Work closely with IT to understand any changes to support requirements, processes or newly identified issues
• Develop a plan and lead the transition of the support model into Business as Usual
• Participate in user acceptance testing to confirm the system enhancements meet the acceptance criteria
• Co-ordinate and support the delivery of system training for both existing and new user groups. Ability to deliver short system demonstrations to end users to provide an overview of the tools functionality
• Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track project progress
• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
• Engage with and support end users to adopt the system

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Project Management
• Experience of IT and Business Change
• Stakeholder Management
