Job Title: Senior Contracts and Procurement professional

A Global leader in the supply of innovative and creative engineering solutions to a wide spectrum of clients across the globe seeks to employ a specialist procurement and contract individual who has extensive and in-depth knowledge of EU and UK procurement practices, processes and systems. Reporting to the Head of Procurement and contract management, the person in this role will be responsible for ensuring procurement and contract processes are delivered in compliance dependent environment, building a process that will become the standard for all future projects, drive value for money, quality, compliance, process, implementation and establish systems for future projects.

Also you will have robust experience of working on 500 to 600 million pound programmes (OJEU) within rail or related infrastructure environments, able to present to board/stake holders, interface and manage suppliers (delivering quality, best value and costing, oversee claims, instil collaborative relationships, integrate early warning systems to reduce risk and unexpected delays and further cost.

To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts and Procurement Professional candidates are ideally Chartered and Degree qualified status. you will have the ability to lead by example in relation to procurement and contract management within a multiple interfacing/complex environment, have proven past experiences of driving similar projects (Construction, Rail, Infrastructure).
