Clean Air Zone project key deliverables:
Clean Air Zone Signage workstream - develop and maintain workstream schedule in Primavera (P6) working closely with suppliers and the project team;Clean Air Zone Service workstream - develop and maintain workstream schedule in Primavera (P6) working closely with supplier and the project team;Clean Air Zone Debt recovery workstream - develop and maintain workstream schedule in Primavera (P6) working closely with suppliers and the project team.Develop and maintain fully integrated and logic linked project schedule for Local Authority and supplier related activities;Regular monitoring and update of all schedules listed above;Develop and maintain cost plan for all above projects, manage and monitor costs;Manage change control and related impact assessments for all of the above;Manage suppliers (bespoke contracts) for all of the above;Develop and maintain full resource plan for lifecycle of the Clean Air Zone project;Produce project progress reporting dashboard (monthly);Develop quarterly capital forecasts in conjunction with project team and Commercial colleagues;Production of quarterly reports for Joint Air Quality Unit.Greater Manchester Clean Air Programme (GM CAP)
Maintenance of GM CAP plan on a page understanding all key interdependencies;Undertake periodic review of Estimate at Completion costs for GM CAP, manage and socialise with key stakeholders;Manage the GM CAP budget and requests from Joint Air Quality Unit;Support the Risk Manager for programme level risks;Update the GM CAP Steering Group on a bi-weekly basis on schedule progress and upcoming key deliverables;Work with Finance colleagues to understand funding requests and manage the capital and revenue funding split;Support the Programme team (present regular updates to the Programme Board, Prepare to Operate Board and Sponsors);Oversight of Clean Funds and Clean Bus projects.
