Rates - £417.40 LTD/Umbrella OR £366.69 PAYE per day

About the role / project:
Network Rail is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a contract vacancy within their Infrastructure Projects business unit, looking at a large renewals portfolio of works including but not limited to; structures, drainage and station works.
What you will do:
You will lead and manage the use of appropriate engineering standards in relation to design and construction, on all project work so they comply with legislation, Railway Group and Network Rail company standards. To monitor whether suitably qualified and experienced staff are employed to control engineering aspects of all projects within the functional discipline. Significant experience in managing teams.
Given the multiple discipline work to get involved in, someone with multi-discipline renewals experience is essential for the role.
You will have worked on structures, earthworks, drainage and managed station infrastructure, such as platforms and buildings.
Experience:
As an experienced Senior Project Engineer you will possess all the following criteria:
Chartered status
Excellent experience in managing teams civils work (bridges & structures focus)
Previous Network Rail experience with regards to process and procedure
PE/DPE level experience
CSM awareness
