Job Title:
Senior Signalling Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer / Signalling Engineer
Location:
Birmingham / West Midlands
Salary / Benefits:
£60,000 - £70,000 per annum, experience dependant
Start Date:
May / June 2019
Company Information:
A principal contractor with a successful track record of delivering projects on the UK's national rail network, working with Network Rail and London Underground, as well as most of the light rail and tram organisations in the UK.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- An in-depth experience of Railway Design, construction and test knowledge of signalling principles
- A minimum of a HNC in an appropriate Engineering subject
- Incorporated (I.Eng) or Chartered (C.Eng) membership to a relevant professional body
- Emergency Fire and First Aid, technical training to meet contract and business requirements
- An Project Engineering IRSE License or close to obtaining it
- PTS
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- A Degree in in an appropriate Engineering subject
- IRSE workplace and Competence Assessor
Role Information;
Manage outputs from the Design, Installation & Testing teams to ensure deadlines are met and works are delivered to a high standard. Ensure adherence to budgetary requirements as issued.
