Job Title:
Senior Project Manager (Rail M&E) also interested in Section Managers (M&E and Civils)

Location:
East Anglia, Commutable from Ipswich, Great Yarmouth, Thetford, Swaffham

Salary / Benefits:
£60,000 - £75,000 plus car / car allowance (£4500) plus lodging allowance where appropriate, this also includes a pension and Free Rail Travel within the Anglian Region is included

The client is one of the largest construction companies within the UK with internationally-renowned experience in the successful delivery of technically demanding, multi disciplinary and logistically complex projects. This company is willing pay lodgings on top of Salary for applicants willing to work / live away 4 nights a week if cant commute.

To be suitable for the position you must have;
- At least 7 / 10 years experience as a Project Manager managing substantial M&E projects
- A degree in Civil Engineering (chartered desirable)
- Experience of lighting and lighting control systems for depots, stations, tunnel and trackside locations
- Experience of station ventilation, heating & cooling
- Good leadership and strong management skills
- Have a proven record of delivering large scale projects of 35 million plus

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Experience in Delivering Rail Civils Projects

Role Information;
- Responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical package in Norwich
- Managing the team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
- Manage Subcontractors
- Negotiating and authorising contracts, lead the delivery of several multi disciplinary projects
- Ensure safety, quality, cost and programme targets are met. Reporting to the board of directors
