Samuel Knight International are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager for a Rail focussed civil engineering & construction contractor.

This candidate will ensure management procedures are always up to date and compliance is in line with Network Rail ISO Standards. The candidate will also give support to delivery teams, providing continuous development and also the improvement of various management processes.

Key accountabilities:

• Liaise & support with management to ensure projects are always delivered to in line with internal and external policy, quality and assurance demands.
• Work with operational staff to ensure process and procedures are continually improved and help project delivery
• Support and deliver compliance with Network Rail, client and ISO standards in mind
• Manage and implement the clients audit process for both internal and external audits
• Produce KPI performance reports on a monthly basis
• Ensuring the Management Review process is implemented
• Support the changes and improvements in performance and quality
• Assist on the responsibilities of Safety and POS managers
• Manage the clients accreditations and audit schedule

Required Skills / Expertise

Essential:

• Driving Licence
• Internal Audit qualification
• Experience in Network Rail link-up accreditation

Desirable:

• Lead Audit qualification
• Exposure to Quality Management processes
