Quality & Handover Integrator
Based at Heathrow Airport
3 month contract (potential for extension)
£220 - 250 per day

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality team representation when required to projects and report feedback.
• Produce HAL Quality KPI Report on a monthly basis for Design for review by PM and Senior Quality & Handover Integrator
• Prepare project specific document registers.
• Input and agree handover delivery plans with the team
• Viewpoint for Projects setup (includes workflow and document number request forms)
• Transfer accepted delivery documentation on 4P to Documentum
• Review handover information for compliance and certificates before submission to client as per handover deliverables list
• Produce and maintain handover trackers and deliverables schedules relevant to the project
• Undertake any other duties, within reason, which will assist a project manager in delivering a project to exceptional standard
• Ensure required quality processes and key documentation are monitored, accepted and approved at all relevant gateways
• Provide quality team representation when required to projects and feedback

Requirements:

• Experience with Documentum and handover is a must
• Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
• Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, word processing and selected job specific software
• Ability to work in a team environment contributing across a project, site or area
• Experience setting up and using electronic document management systems
• Sound knowledge of construction practises and standards within their subject
• Previous aviation/rail experience is a preference
