£20,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience plus benefits

Working for one of the UK's leading House building and Construction groups my client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor with the desire to progress within a career in construction, based in our rail division you will be exposed to large, complex projects.

To be suitable for the position you must have;
- A Minimum of a HNC in an industry relevant subject such as Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- A start, or be heading towards a professional accreditation (RICS / ICES)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- Evidence of previous work experience (paid or unpaid) within the construction industry

Role Information;
To assist in the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contracts, within the parameters of the Training and Development Programme and in accordance with the BMS Quality Procedures in order to fulfill the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.
