Land & Measured Building Surveyors

Samuel Knight International are looking to recruit two Land & Measured Building Surveyors, on a permanent basis, for a highly reputable surveying client based in either Leeds or the East Midlands.

Experience of Land & Topographical Surveying is essential, with Measured Building or Rail Surveying experience a bonus. Please see further details below:

The Requirements:

• At least five years’ experience, two years of which have been in the UK
• Degree or similar in surveying or a related field
• AutoCAD skills
• High standard in the quality of work
• Very good level of English
• Customer-focused
• Self-motivated
• Driving licence.

Optional but advantageous:

• Skills in working with Carlson Survey, Trimble Realworks.
• Rail experience.
• Member of ICES or RICS.
