Managing Quantity Surveyor

£50- £60k + car or allowance

A UK wide Engineering and Construction company are currently looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work in their offices in the West Country. As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to manage a team including Senior, Intermediate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, taking responsibility for the profitable performance and successful commercial and financial management of a portfolio of projects. Projects will include the construction, strengthening, refurbishment, and replacement of Earthworks, Structures and Tunnels, Underbridges and Overbridges, as well as Flood Defence works.

This role will be suited to someone who has previously worked in a Senior capacity, managing staff in the contracting environment. Previous experience of working in the Rail sector would also be an advantage. Offering a competitive salary, the package will include Private Health care and a minimum of 25 days holiday, plus public holidays; as well as training development and support opportunities.
