Responsibilities (not limited too):
- Liaise with Senior Contracts Manager to align commercial and operational strategies
- Presentation of all application for payments, Final Accounts, weekly costs, etc
- Procurement, negotiation and placing of Sub-contract orders
- Commercial support to the site and contracts management team as well as the estimating and procurement teams
- Management and support of Quantity Surveyors
- Liaising with the client on all commercial matters
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
- RICS membership
- Rail sector experience (ideally 10+ years)
- Working knowledge of NEC Target Cost contracts.
- A good work ethic, willing to work hard and be rewarded for it!
