Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Employee Benefits

This Quantity Surveyor opportunity will not only see you involved in a major complex project but give you a secure, varied and progressive career.
Duties include:
- Administration of the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option C)
- Identification and notification of compensation events
- Liaise with design, construction, planning and supply chain teams to identify, capture, and assess cost, time and risk
- Manage subcontracts from initial placement of order to final account
- Monitor and update Procurement Plan, Sub-contract procurement including analysing commercial comparisons
- Monitor main contract including assisting with and producing Change Reports, Value Change Report Forms Main Contract, Monitor allocation change
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
- Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institution
- NEC3 or other target cost contract experience
- Extensive experience in civil engineering
