A great regional contractor who turnover approximately £200m a year in their rail division alone, are operating on a multi-million pound framework where they have a long standing relationship and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and buzzing team, to be based in their Head Office in Surrey / Central London.

Responsibilities:
- Commercial reporting
- The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
- The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
- The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
- The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
- Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
- Civils main contractor background (rail would be preferable, approximately 4 years exp)
- Working knowledge of NEC Target Cost contracts.
- Major project experience
- A good work ethic, willing to work hard and be rewarded for it!
