Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Sandiacre, Nottinghamshire, Or Redhill - Kingsgate, Ground Floor, 62 High Street,

Salary: Up to £350 daily rate

They will be flexible, enthusiastic, able to lead and manage a successful team, motivate, be part of team development, delegate activities as required and ensure the team continues to run smoothly and be able to part of the delivery of the commercial services required to make the Plant business a success

The ultimate responsibility is to hire out the plant through compelling proposals and get paid for contracts hired within Plant. Requirement is covering from Pre contract through to Post Contract – Developing and writing proposals (or formal tenders), estimating, cost – value modelling, delivering job through to contract administration and close out.
